We are continually expanding our Moncton call center location and require the following

Customer Service Appointment Coordinator (4 Positions)



Customer Service Appointment Coordinator (2 Full Time Positions) - English; and Spanish/English

Your friendly and professional ease in dealing with people, enhanced by PC skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure, will best represent the service we offer. Excellent English communications skills and professional telephone manners are essential.  Fluency in Spanish would be considered a major asset for several positions.

You are extremely motivated, with a high degree of intellectual flexibility. You will do what it takes to ensure the job is complete and accurate. 2 to 3 years experience in a customer service industry. Preference will be given to those with call center or dealership service experience.

This position allows for moderately flexible working hours, however most telephone calls must be done in the evening.
